Elev8 Baltimore Opens its Doors

Elev8 Baltimore celebrated its successful first semester with a week-long series of events, culminating with a press conference at Tench Tilghman Elementary/Middle School on December 17th.

The 30+ partners in the Elev8 Baltimore network were on hand to talk about the myriad of after-school programs available for middle graders and their families. Students worked the crowds, distributing healthy snacks and student-produced music and art.

Baltimore City Council President Stephanie Rawlings-Blake visited Tench Tilghman, saying she is “excited at the possibilities” Elev8 brings to the city.
